How to Order a Custom Work from Ithan Creek Woodworks
For large projects, i.e. desks, tables, live edge furniture, etc. the process is as follows:
A. You and I get on the phone or zoom for a consultation to discuss the overall design and dimensions of your project. The more ideas you have beforehand the better.
B. I will design a 3D sketch of your table, send it to you for approval.
C. Once you sign off on a design and a wood you like I will draft up a simple contract. ICWW requires a 50% deposit before I start any actual work on your project. Projects of this size and quality will take about 4-6 weeks to complete after the contract is signed.
D. I will source the best quality hardwood for your project and send you pictures of samples for approval, if desired. All ICWW projects are made from 100% hardwood, no filler MDF or plywood.
E. I will send weekly updates on your project and an estimated delivery date 2 weeks prior to delivery.
F. I will arrange delivery or shipment of your project.
For smaller projects, i.e. boxes, bird feeders, home goods, etc. the process is as follows:
A. You and I get on the phone or zoom for a consultation to discuss the overall design and dimensions of your project. The more ideas you have beforehand the better.
B. Once you sign off on a design a 50% deposit is required for ICWW start work on your project. Projects of this size and quality will take about 2-4 weeks to complete after the deposit is made.
C. You will get an update 2 days prior to shipment or delivery of your project, in which the full amount of your project is due.
