If you are looking for a 100% custom piece there is no better place to look than live edge furniture. These pieces are made from center cut slabs of wood from local trees. Each piece of furniture starts with the slab. Our local Sawyer has a very large selection of hardwood slabs to meet any of your needs. Ithan Creek Wood Works has made benches, coffee tables, even dining room tables from these large slabs.

Elm Kitchen Table

This lovely kitchen table started with a trip to the local sawyer with the client where she was able to pick out her own live edge slab that fit her home’s color scheme and feel. It is always a great experience when the customer can meet the person who cut the tree down, cut the slab and has been drying it for the past 2 years. The table is mated with steel legs and finished with a polished satin oil.
